A big commercial or industrial sugarcane crusher machine (often part of a larger sugar mill, jaggery/gur plant, or ethanol distillery) extracts raw juice from sugarcane stalks and separates the fibrous waste. Note that the crusher itself does not produce molasses directly—molasses is a secondary byproduct obtained much later in the process after the extracted juice is boiled, evaporated, and crystallized.
