This machine is an agricultural chaff cutter (or animal feed chopper), widely used by livestock farmers to chop dry or green fodder like grass, straw, hay, and maize stalks into small, easily digestible pieces for cattle, sheep, and goats.
This specific 4-blade compact model typically handles a capacity of around 600 to 1,000 kg of feed per hour. It features an open engine bed under the main chassis, allowing the operator to install either a 2.2kW electric motor or a small petrol/diesel engine
