Green pepper, the California wonder variety, is an open-pollinated variety suitable for outdoor production. Its fruits are glossy deep-green, turning red at full maturity.
The plant grows to a medium height, compact with dark green leaves. The California fruits are blocky and dark green.
Harvesting can start 70 days after transplanting the seedlings, and the potential yield is 8-12 tons per acre under good farming practices.
