My main skill is making the guest or customer feel welcomed and enjoy their stay or time in the facility. Welcoming the guest in the establishment the most important thing to do because they are going to judge the facilities with how they are welcomed in the establishment, also how you handle a complain in from a guest who is either complaining of the servise is most important if they complain about food you have to take responsibility and not to blame the chef you calmy listen to the customer then apologice to them and correct the mistake am willinging to work under supervision and talk my customers and guest serious and help them enjoy their stay in the establishment
