Minimum KCSE certificate or relevant training. Previous hotel experience is an advantage, but entry-level applicants may be accepted. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work well with a team. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Honest, responsible, and reliable. Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts. Good time-management skills. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts when required. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene for kitchen/restaurant roles. Relevant certificate or diploma is an advantage for specialized positions.

Minimum Qualifications for Hotel Workers 🏨 KCSE certificate or equivalent. Relevant certificate in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an advantage. 18 years and above.
