RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing (agency/manpower outsourcing experience is a strong advantage).
Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to identify high-potential and reliable candidates quickly.
Solid knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g., BrighterMonday, LinkedIn, Fuzu, etc.), sourcing techniques, and social media recruiting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and consistently meet hiring targets.
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and strong report-writing abilities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
