Power (motor/-wattage/horsepower)
A strong motor is essential for heavy-duty use (crushing ice, fibrous fruits, large batches).
Some guides mention motors in the 1,000-3,000 W range for serious commercial blending.
Check whether “1,600 W” is real (continuous vs peak) and how it relates to actual horsepower and load.
2. Capacity & Jar Material/Design
If you need 2 litres capacity, check that the jar is calibrated (litres/oz), has sufficient volume, and can handle the job.
The jar should be durable: thick polycarbonate, copolyester, or even stainless steel for VERY heavy use.
Transparent jars help to monitor blending; measurement markings help.
