This electronic kitchen weigh scale is used to measure food or food ingredients. Equipped with a high precision ''strain-gauge" sensor. Has a LCD display of 0.6" Automatic zero resetting when idle. It uses two units that is grams and ounces. Maximum capacity is 10000g/10kg. Uses 2 AA batteries that are provided. To use: Switch it on with the ON/OFF button Place the scale on a hard & flat surface. Put the object or ingredient to be measured in a container then place on the weighing scale. You can check the weight by use of 'g' or 'oz' by changing using the 'MODE' button. Use' TARE' button to reset to zero.
