Features and Specifications
Sealing Length: 700mm (approx. 27.5 inches) allows for wide bags.
Operation: Foot-pedal activated, which closes the jaws, allowing for hands-free operation and faster, more consistent sealing than handheld units.
Sealing Mechanism: Uses a brief electrical impulse to heat the sealing wire, followed by a cooling period, requiring no warm-up time.
Construction: Heavy-duty, typically built with a solid metal stand, work table for supporting bags, and a durable iron or alloy casting body.
Power & Timing: Operates on 220V/110V power (approx. 600W–800W), featuring a digital or manual timer to adjust for different plastic thicknesses (typically 0.2s–4s sealing time).
Seal Quality: Generally produces a 2mm–6mm wide seal
