The Milano Italia 10HP Roller Mill Combo with a 5HP Pre-Crusher is a highly efficient, commercial grain-milling system designed to produce premium, Grade 1 sifted maize flour. The dual-motor setup splits the workload to maximize output and extend the lifespan of the machinery.
System Configuration & Specifications
Primary Roller Mill (6FY-35 / MFM35): Driven by a powerful 10HP motor, it utilizes heavy-duty steel rollers to compress and grind particles into uniform, smooth flour.
Pre-Crusher (6FY-20 / MFC20): Driven by a 5HP motor, it acts as the initial stage by cracking whole maize kernels into smaller, coarse pieces. This prevents overloading on the main mill rollers.
Power Compatibility: Available in both single-phase (for standard commercial lines) and three-phase electricity configurations.
