Thudicum nasal speculum is a small surgical instrument designed to open and widen the nostrils so that a doctor can clearly see and access the inside of the nasal cavity. It usually has two curved blades connected by a spring handle. When the handles are pressed together, the blades gently spread apart inside the nostril, allowing examination or treatment.
