Responsibilities
Stall Setup & Breakdown: Assist with daily opening, setting up floral displays, and packing down the stall at the end of the day.
Flower Care & Maintenance: Unpack, clean, trim, and hydrate fresh flower stock to ensure display quality.
Customer Service: Assist walk-in market customers, answer inquiries, and process sales in a friendly, efficient manner.
Floral Arrangement: Learn and apply floral design techniques to create bouquets and arrangements according to customer preferences.
Stall Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy workspace throughout the day.
Requirements & Skills
Demographics: Female, aged 18–23 years old.
Availability: Must be available to work every day, Monday through Sunday.
Learning Agility: Strong willingness to learn new skills quickly, take direction, and improve daily.
Outdoor Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet outdoors in varying market weather conditions.
