Nexgard protects your dog from fleas, ticks, and mites. It comes as a soft, tasty beef-flavoured chew that your dog will love. Each tablet lasts for 30 days.
Precautions on Administration of NexGard Chewables for Small Dogs (4–10 kg)
Give 1 chew once a month.
NexGard is given orally once a month. Please weigh your dog and follow the packaging instructions for the right dosage. For best performance, treat your dog on or around the same day each month.
Not suitable for puppies under 8 weeks and under 2kg, pregnant or lactating animals.
Uses
NexGard (afoxolaner) contains afoxolaner, which is absorbed into the bloodstream after ingestion. When fleas and ticks ingest blood containing afoxolaner, it causes hyperexcitation and death in these parasites. Dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older, weighing 4 pounds of body weight or greater
