The UV-110 watts is a commercial ultraviolet water steriliser.
It is a stainless steel housing with multi-lamps suitable to treat a flow rate of 72 litres per minute. The unit uses two standard 55 watt germicidal lamps which have a life time of up to 8000 hours. The lamps are housed in high quality quartz sleeves to ensure good levels of ultraviolet radiation can reach the water and thus provide the most effective kill rate of bacteria and organisms.
The steriliser is fitted with some useful features for easy maintenance or trouble shooting. There is an hour counter so it is easy to see when the lamps require replacement. Each lamp has a running and fail indicator on the unit. The lights show green when the lamps are functioning properly or red in the event of lamp failure.
