Best Practices for Use
Viscosity Testing: Most electric sprayers require the paint to be thinned to a specific consistency. Using a viscosity cup to time the "run-out" ensures the motor isn't strained and the finish isn't "orange-peeled."
Immediate Cleaning: Because the internal mechanisms are small, it is vital to flush the system with water (for latex) or mineral spirits (for oil-based) immediately after use to prevent clogs.
Safety: Always wear a respirator and eye protection, as the atomized particles are easily inhaled even with low-pressure systems.
