The Shop Attendant will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves high levels of customer interaction, both in-store and online, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and professional shopping experience.

What You Will Do
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the shop.
• Respond to customer enquiries in person and online (WhatsApp and social media).
• Help customers find the products they need and explain product features.
• Support customer deliveries within Nairobi and other areas when needed.
• Promote shop products on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,TikTok and Google.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and customer-friendly
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Minimum KCSE Certificate.
• Good knowledge of using a computers.
• Basic awareness of using social media platforms.(Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,TikTok and Google.) etc
