1.The main grey body is made of a soft, flexible thermoplastic elastomer designed to conform tightly around the bridge of the nose and the contours of the chin.
2.Fitted over the front of each chemical cartridge is a white fiber pad held in place by a clear plastic retainer ring (3M 501). These pre-filters capture physical dust, mist, and liquid spray before they reach the main chemical filter.
