Minimum form 4 (kcse) certificate or equivalent. Valid national id or passport. Good communication skills in english and swahili. Basic computer and smartphone literacy. Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and meet performance targets.
