Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good customer service skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Confident and professional telephone manner. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain customer records. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products or services.
