• Find and engage potential customers online
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs and budgets
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Post and promote available products online
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Meet agreed sales targets
Requirements & Skills
• Previous experience in online sales, digital marketing or customer service is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be active and comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Passion for technology and computers is an advantage
• Must have access to a smartphone and reliable internet
