~ Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming. ~ Taking regular blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate readings, and reporting any significant changes. ~ Helping patients move, either by walking, using wheelchairs, or transferring them between beds and chairs safely. ~ Providing support with catheter management, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with wound dressing changes. ~ Helping patients take their prescribed medications, ensuring proper dosage and timing. ~ Observing patients’ health and behavior, reporting any concerns or changes to the nursing team or doctors. ~ Offering comfort, companionship, and listening to patients’ concerns to enhance their mental well-being. ~ Ensuring patient rooms are tidy, clean, and safe while adhering to infection control protocols. ~ Keeping accurate records of patient care, vital signs, and any changes in health.
