Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell premium residential properties to potential high-end clients in Nairobi. • Actively source and follow up with sales leads through various digital platforms, cold calling, networking, and site visits. • Conduct professional property viewings and site visits, explaining unit layouts, pricing structures, and flexible payment plans to clients. • Guide buyers through the complete transaction workflow, from initial inquiries to closing deals, including handling Letters of Offer and payment invoices. • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to build a reliable referral network and ensure high client satisfaction. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales management team to execute effective property promotion and market penetration strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present complex property information clearly and professionally. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a results-driven and proactive attitude. • Basic understanding of the Nairobi real estate market, premium property developments, and local client preferences. • Familiarity with sales CRM tools, professional email communication, and property listing platforms is highly preferred. • High level of integrity, professional grooming, and time management skills to handle luxury-tier client portfolios. • Ability to work effectively in a structured office environment while maintaining flexibility for client site visits.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Experience: less than 1 year of formal experience is acceptable; passion for real estate sales and a strong desire to learn are highly valued. • education: diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field. • availability: ready to work full-time in an office-based setup in nairobi.
