Responsibilities
1. Work experience of minimum 5 years in an office environment. 2. Ability to handle petty cash and maintain a float with proper documentation. 3. Excellent computer skills absolutely essential. Particular emphasis on fluency in ms-office (word, excel, power point, outlook, etc.) and internet. 4. Superb inter-personal and public relations skills. Proper telephone etiquette and experience in handling diverse client needs. 5. Must be fluent in english and kiswahili. 6. Ability to express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing, in a clear and courteous manner.
Requirements and Skills
1. High school diploma / leaving certificate 2. Diploma / advanced diploma in secretarial / personal assistant studies 3. Minimum 5 years experience 4. Age over 27 years 5. Valid certificate of good conduct / police clearance 6. Names and contacts of 3 work-related referees, not teachers or family members.

Salary
Administrative Assistant required for medium-size garage in Ruaka area. Experience with motor vehicles or construction environment will be an added advantage, minimum work experience of 5 years, with proven responsibility levels including handling cash.
