Solder seal wire connectors, which are waterproof, heat-shrinkable butt splice terminals used to connect electrical wires securely.Each color represents a specific wire gauge size (AWG) compatibility:
Blue Connectors: For 16–14 AWG wires. Red Connectors: For 22–18 AWG wires. Yellow Connectors: For 12–10 AWG wires.
White/Clear Connectors: For 26–24 AWG micro-wires.
These pieces eliminate the need for manual crimping tools. Inside each tube sits a ring of low-temperature solder pre-alloy and two rings of colored thermal adhesive glue.
Stripped wire strands are pushed together inside the sleeve and heated with a heat gun to melt the solder and shrink the sleeve simultaneously—creating an insulated, IP67 waterproof seal
