Insurance Sales Officers

1. **Lead Generation & Prospecting** * Identify and reach out to potential motor insurance clients. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. 2. **Motor Insurance Sales** * Promote and sell motor insurance products. * Explain coverage options, premiums, benefits, and terms to clients. 3. **Achieve Sales Targets** * Meet agreed monthly sales and premium targets. * Consistently grow the motor insurance client portfolio. 4. **Client Relationship Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Follow up on quotations, renewals, payments, and policy documentation. 5. **Customer Service & Reporting** * Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide after-sales support. * Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

1. **Minimum 24 Years of Age** Mature, responsible, and professional candidates. 2. **KCSE Grade C and Above** A valid KCSE certificate is required. 3. **COP Qualification** Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance is an added advantage. 4. **Sales & Communication Skills** Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. 5. **Results-Oriented & Professional** Self-driven, target-focused, presentable, and committed to achieving sales results.
