Security Guard Rider

Conduct security site inspections and guard supervision. Respond to operational issues and emergencies. Monitor guard attendance and deployment. Transport supervisors, documents and security equipment as required. Report incidents, absences and client concerns promptly. Maintain accurate daily movement and inspection records. Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of the motorcycle. Observe all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Perform other field duties assigned by management.

Valid Kenyan Motorcycle Driving Licence (Class F) Minimum 2 years’ riding experience Valid National ID Certificate of Good Conduct Good knowledge of Ongata Rongai, Kiserian, Ngong and Nairobi routes Proven ability to ride safely in traffic and different weather conditions Good communication and reporting skills Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps and a smartphone Physically fit and medically suitable for riding duties Reliable, punctual, disciplined and trustworthy No serious or recent traffic offences Previous security, patrol or field supervision experience is an added advantage Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required Must be willing to undergo background and reference checks Must observe all company road-safety and motorcycle-use policies.
