Shop Attendant Social Media Assistant – Ice Cream Shop

Let's Ice Cream is looking for a smart, energetic, responsible and friendly person to manage the day-to-day operations of our ice cream shop. The ideal candidate should be comfortable dealing with customers, handling sales, maintaining the shop and also helping us create engaging content for social media. Main Responsibilities Open and prepare the shop for daily operations. Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders and handle payments. Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records. Keep track of stock and report items that need replenishment. Keep the shop, counter and customer areas clean and presentable. Ensure products are properly displayed and organized. Assist with closing the shop and completing end-of-day sales records. Take photos and videos of products, customers and activities at the shop. Create simple, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms. Be comfortable appearing in videos and promoting Let

Requirements We are looking for someone who: Is smart, presentable and confident. Has excellent customer service and communication skills. Is trustworthy and responsible with money. Can keep proper sales and stock records. Is comfortable using a smartphone and social media. Is creative and able to come up with ideas for short videos and promotional content. Is confident speaking and appearing in front of the camera. Is willing to work evenings, weekends and occasionally later during events. Can work independently without constant supervision. Lives within a reasonable commuting distance from the shop, especially considering the late closing hours. Experience in retail, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, ice cream shops or social media content creation will be an added advantage.
