Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately. 3. Online sales & customer communication ▪ use whatsapp business tools efficiently — catalogs, broadcasts, labels, and follow-ups. Engage with customers on whatsapp promptly and professionally. Close sales confidently and provide excellent after-sales support. 4. Social media management ▪ manage instagram, facebook, and tiktok accounts consistently. Post relevant, brand-aligned content — product posts, promotions, customer highlights, etc. Respond to dms, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally. 5. Delivery & dispatch duties ▪ handle cbd deliveries and upcountry parcel dispatches efficiently and accurately.

Essential Skills 1. Communication Skills: Clear, professional writing for WhatsApp and social media — no casual abbreviations. Confident verbal communication with a professional, friendly tone with ability to guide conversations naturally toward a sale. 2. Customer Service & After-Sales: Patient, attentive, and responsive. Handles complaints calmly and follows up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Reliability & Independence: Works with minimal supervision a critical thinker and solves problems proactively 4. Sales-Driven Mindset: Motivated by targets and results. Confident in upselling and cross-selling without being pushy. Understands customer behavior and the buying journey. 5. Operational Skills: Plans deliveries and manages parcel dispatch with proper documentation. Prepares daily reports accurately and on time. 6. Basic Tech & Excel Knowledge: Comfortable using phone apps Camera, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Meta Business suite for business purposes.
