Dr. Fixit Fastflex 113 is a premium two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating formulated to provide long-lasting protection against water seepage and moisture ingress. It creates a highly elastic, seamless, and crack-bridging waterproof membrane that adheres strongly to concrete and masonry surfaces.
