Fabrication
We cut the steel plate, bent it into a wide box shape, and welded all the joints to make a long, strong gutter that can carry a lot of rainwater.
2. Spray Paint
After welding, we spray paint. This gives it a clean finish and helps protect the steel from rust and rain.
3. Installation
Our team lifted the long gutter sections up to the roof, fitted them on the steel structure, and welded them together corner to corner to make one continuous channel.
In the photos you can see the gutter already fixed along the edge of the roof, and our team lifting the next section into place.
Perfect for homes, schools, churches, warehouses, and farm buildings with a steel roof.
