A motor flush (or engine flush) is a chemical additive poured into a vehicle's old engine oil just before an oil change to dissolve accumulated sludge, varnish, and other contaminants from the internal engine components. The solution circulates with the oil for a short period and is then drained, taking the deposits with it.
