Responsibilities

Requirements & Skills
A translator should have a diploma or degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field, together with strong proficiency in at least two languages. The translator should have excellent writing, communication, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills, as well as good computer literacy and knowledge of translation software. Other important skills include attention to detail, research ability, cultural awareness, time management, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous translation experience is an added advantage.
