Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Management:
o Handle tenant inquiries, applications, and lease agreements.
o Conduct property tours and inspections.
o Address tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
2. Property Maintenance:
o Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
o Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
3. Financial Management:
o Collect rent payments and manage rental arrears.
o Prepare and manage property budgets.
o Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records.
4. Lease Administration:
o Monitor lease expirations and renewals.
o Negotiate lease terms and conditions.
o Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
5. Vendor Management:
o Obtain competitive bids for maintenance and repair projects.
6. Legal Compliance:
o Stay updated on local property laws and regulations.
o Handle eviction proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:
• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management, or Real Estate Management
• Experience: At least 6 months, preferably in Rental Management
• Self-driven and hands-on approach
