To clarify, while working in the slicing area at Festive, I was responsible for operating the fully automated high-speed slicing and packaging machines. My role involved loading the baked loaves, monitoring the blades for clean cuts, adjusting the machine speeds to avoid jamming, and making sure the automatic bagger wrapped the bread perfectly without damaging the loaves

I have hands-on experience working in a high-volume commercial bakery environment at Festive, where I specifically worked in the slicing and packaging area. In this role, I was responsible for operating industrial slicing machinery, ensuring every loaf met quality standards before being packaged, and maintaining a fast pace to hit daily production goals. This experience taught me great attention to detail, strong time management, and the importance of strict food safety and hygiene protocols in a fast-moving team.
