KCSE Certificate (minimum grade D+ or equivalent). Basic computer literacy and ability to use email, internet, and office applications. Good communication skills in English and Swahili. Ability to work professionally with clients, models, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions. Must be reliable, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous office, customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is an added advantage but not required. Must be available to work in Nairobi and occasionally attend agency events, trainings, or assignments when required.
