Chemical Analysis: Determining percentages of protein, fat, moisture, pH, fiber, ash, calcium, and phosphorus in food products using chemical methods.
Microbiological Testing: Conducting microbiological tests to ensure the safety of foodstuff industries.
Pathogen Identification: Identifying pathogenic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, Enterococci spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Shigella spp and pathogenic yeast & fungi.
