I completed a Certificate in Photography and Information Technology, which gave me skills in handling equipment, computers, and customer interaction. I also went through basic training in customer service. Although I don’t have a formal business degree, my hands-on experience and training have prepared me well for a shop attendant role.

>Establish new accounts and service existing by planning and organizing daily work schedule by maintaining records on customer details, sales visits and book calendars for the visits.
>Maintain long-term relationships with members by providing support, information and guidelines including recommending new opportunities available in the sacco products and services.
>Participate in planning, organizing, promotion and executing marketing events as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.
>Consistently track sales performance measure and analyse monthly sales projections.
>Ensure that account’s retention is maintained at the Sacco target level.

I recently worked as a beauty shop attendant, where I helped customers find what they needed and kept the store clean and well-stocked. Before that, I was an usher at KICC during events, where I learned how to handle crowds and give good customer service. I also have a certificate in Photography and IT, which taught me attention to detail and how to work with technology. I’m excited about this shop attendant role because I enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
