I am a statistician with a strong foundation in data analysis, interpretation, and statistical forecasting. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Kirinyaga University, where I developed a strong interest in the application of data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience from various roles. As a financial advisor at Jubilee Life Insurance, Nairobi, I honed my client relationship and data handling abilities to attain high customer satisfaction and retention rates. As a Client Service Executive at Vantage Africa School of Leadership, my responsibilities involved cultivating and developing client relationships, effective pricing of services, and creating tailor-made solutions for addressing business issues. Additionally, I assisted marketing efforts by coordinating with design and media teams to develop first-rate creative assets and spearheading social media campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
I have, in previous positions, such as an Election Officer with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in Kilifi and a Direct Sales Agent with Instanz Agencies (Safaricom), demonstrated flexibility and enthusiasm for excellence. These experiences allowed me to gain good communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
My technical abilities include R and Microsoft Office skills, with a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop. I am also pursuing Power BI, SAS, STATA, and Python skills to further enhance my data analysis capabilities.
