Two-Component System: Nitocote CM210 is a pre-batched product with two parts: a liquid polymer and a powder component. This ensures the correct ratio for optimal performance, providing a consistent and reliable waterproofing solution.
Polymer-Modified: The addition of a polymer to the cement base gives the product its elastomeric properties, allowing it to bridge cracks in the substrate, even after long-term water immersion.
High Performance: The cured coating forms a seamless, impermeable membrane that is highly resistant to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure. This makes it effective for both water-retaining and water-excluding structures.
Adhesion: It provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including concrete, brick, and blockwork, and can even be applied to green or damp concrete.
