Gliricidia sepium. It is a fast-growing, protein-rich fodder tree suitable mainly for cattle, dairy cows, goats and sheep.
* High protein: Leaves average about 20–22% crude protein on a dry-matter basis,
* Supports growth and body condition: Can improve weight gain, digestion and nitrogen utilization, particularly during the dry season.
* Supports milk production: Helps maintain milk yield and may improve milk components when combined with adequate energy feeds.
* Dry-season fodder: Remains productive under relatively dry tropical conditions and regrows after cutting.
