We are recruiting an experienced head chef with five-star hotel background for our high-end safari lodge restaurant located in Nairobi. This role oversees the full kitchen operation for tourist guests, serving Western-style meals, local Kenyan dishes and customized safari set menus.
You will lead a small kitchen team, design seasonal menus, manage raw material purchasing and cost budgets, maintain top hygiene standards to match luxury hospitality levels, and serve high-end tourist clientele.
Candidates must hold five-star hotel kitchen experience with no less than five years working tenure.
