3. Monitor and record basic vital signs as authorised and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly.

5. Assist with meals, bed making, patient transfers and preparation for procedures.
6. Support infection prevention and control measures and maintain a safe patient environment.
7. Maintain accurate care records and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
8. Report emergencies promptly and comply with facility policies and safety procedures.
