Perform transcription of audio and video files with high accuracy and attention to detail. Translate documents and other materials between English, Swahili, and other languages where applicable. Enter, organize, verify, and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and online platforms. Conduct internet research and compile information as assigned. Prepare, format, and edit documents according to project requirements. Respond to instructions promptly and submit assigned tasks within the required deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and challenges. Review completed work for accuracy before submission. Participate in training sessions and follow all project guidelines.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Good typing speed and computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and other online tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines consistently. Previous experience in transcription, translation, data entry, virtual assistance, customer support, or related online work is an added advantage. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements.
