5. Adhesive Properties: Doubles as an effective fixing adhesive for gypsum cornices, fiber mouldings, and decorative pieces.
6. Hand Application: Formulated specifically for hand tool use during bulk and secondary joint filling stages (avoiding mechanical taping tools to prevent premature settings)
