Roll Length Varies, with common lengths being 100m, 200m, 250 feet, or more, depending on thickness and manufacturer. Core Diameter Typically 1 inch (25 mm), but 2.25 inch (50 mm) or 3 inch core options are also available. Thickness (Microns/Mil) Ranges from 25 microns (~1 mil) to 250 microns (10 mil). Common options include 75, 80, , 175, and 250 microns. Material Composition Usually multiple layers, with an outer layer of PET (polyester) film for rigidity and an inner layer of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) adhesive that melts during thermal lamination. Finish Glossy (shiny, vibrant colors) or Matte (non-reflective, reduced glare, can be written on).
