Sublimation ink is a specialized dye used in heat-transfer printing. Under high temperatures (385°F to 400°F), the ink transitions from a solid to a gas, bypassing the liquid phase. This gaseous state penetrates the pores of polyester fibers or polymer-coated blanks, resulting in permanent, vibrant designs that will not crack or peel.
