The 38kHz Infrared Receiver Sensor Module is a compact electronic building block used to receive and decode infrared signals transmitted at the standard 38kHz frequency. It is commonly used with TV remotes, IR transmitter modules, and custom remote-control systems.
The module contains a highly sensitive IR receiver sensor such as VS1838B or HX1838 mounted on a small PCB with indicator components and a simple 3-pin interface. It can be directly connected to Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, and other microcontrollers.
