The MAX6675 Thermocouple Temperature Sensor Module is a precise and easy-to-use digital temperature sensing solution that combines a K-Type thermocouple probe with the MAX6675 cold-junction-compensated amplifier IC.
It accurately measures temperatures from 0 °C to 1024 °C and converts the readings into a 12-bit digital signal accessible through an SPI interface.
