Commission-Based Marketing Representative

Promote and sell the company’s natural cosmetic products to suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers. Conduct door-to-door marketing visits, introducing the brand and explaining product benefits. Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories. Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to ensure repeat sales. Distribute marketing materials and collect customer feedback. Report daily or weekly on marketing progress, sales leads, and client interactions. Work closely with the company to achieve sales targets and brand awareness goals.( Transport and Lunch will be provided )

Proven hands-on experience in marketing or sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG products. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in approaching and talking to new people or businesses. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through persistence and professionalism. Must be willing to conduct door-to-door marketing and travel within assigned regions.
