Codenames Game Overview:
Team-based word game (usually 2 teams)
One "Spymaster" per team gives one-word clues
Teammates guess words on a grid based on the clue
Grid of 25 word cards laid out on the table
Avoid the Assassin word – guessing it ends the game instantly!
Red vs. Blue teams – first to guess all their words wins
Spymaster can only give one word + number per turn
Encourages clever connections and teamwork
Best with 4+ players, but can be played with 2+
